Timothy Leroy Wilkie

Timothy “Tim” Leroy Wilkie left this world on November 12, 2022 at age 62. He was born to Leroy and Margie Wilkie on July 26, 1960, both of whom preceded him in death. Tim grew up in Alpharetta, GA and was a graduate of Milton High School, where he made some of his life-long friends.

Tim enjoyed the simple things in life: hunting, fishing, camping, and listening to classic rock and country music. He loved to be out in nature, often taking the scenic route to find a waterfall or stream. He also loved cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs!

Tim is survived by his daughters: Christa Cliver and Carlee Wilkie; Granddaughters: Vada Wilkie, Camille Cliver, and Kate Cliver; Sister: Deree Welch.

Funeral Services will be held on Sunday November 20, 2022 at 2pm in the chapel of Dahlonega Funeral Home.  Interment to follow at Hightower Baptist Church Cemetery in Ball Ground, GA.  Family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 12pm until. 

In honor of his love for the Georgia Bulldogs, the family requests that red and black be worn to honor Tim.
