Pamela Lynne Stimers, age 77, of Dahlonega, GA and Bradenton, FL, passed away at her home in Dahlonega on July 7, 2021. Pamela is survived by her husband, Norman Stimers; daughters, Laura (Todd) McGreal of Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, Lisa (Dennis) Jackson of Dahlonega, GA, Leanne (Aaron) Brown of St. Louis, MO; son, Bradley Stimers of Dahlonega, GA; grandchildren, Dillon McGreal, Spencer McGreal, Cory Jackson, Brayden Stimers, Olivia Brown, and Mason Brown, and sister, Marcia Hoag of Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada.
Pamela was born to the late Smith R. Hoag and Helen Elizabeth Dart of Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada on May 10, 1944, where she later met her husband-to-be, Norman. They were married on July 24, 1965, and went on to raise four children in Stoney Creek, Ontario. Pamela and Norman were only 17 days from celebrating 56 years of marriage at the time of her passing. In 1990, the Stimers family moved to the United States living in Bradenton, FL, Dahlonega, GA and St. Louis, MO. Pam’s hobbies were knitting, scrapbooking, and reading, but her greatest joy was being a homemaker and caring for her family. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
