Justin loved life and exuded joy and happiness every day on this Earth. We could all learn a bit from
him for sure. Each person lucky enough to have crossed his pathsurely has his footprints etched in their hearts.
JUSTIN DAVID MULLIS age 38, passed away from complications of heart surgery on November 17, 2020 at hishome in Dahlonega, Georgia.
JUSTIN DAVID MULLIS was born in Augusta, GA to parents Barry David Mullis and Sherri Kennedy Payne.
He graduated from Lumpkin County High School in 2001 and attended Gulf Coast State College in Panama City, Florida.
Justin grew up throughout Georgia and Panama City Beach, Florida.
He was preceded in death by his Grandfathers: Earl Kennedy, Graden Mullis and Father: Barry David Mullis.
He is survived by:
His LOVING Spouse David Shane Blagburn and his in-laws.
Grandmothers: Emily Mullis and Shirley Kennedy.
Mother Sherri Kennedy Payne, Sister Brooke Mullis Gill
(Bonus Family: Phillip Payne, April Long, Emily McCart).
Aunts and Uncles: Donna Mullis Gaylor, Charlotte Kennedy, Mike Kennedy and Staci Holsomback.
Cousins: Beth Gaylor Hooper, Brad Kennedy, Kristen Pitts Laguna, Megan Kennedy Searl and Korey Pitts.
Nephews and Nieces: Parker David Gills, Hudson and Hannah Hooper, Chase Kennedy, Cami Kennedy,
Cohen Searl, Cori Searl and Lorelai Laguna.

There will be a Celebration of Life at Bull Mountain Lodge in Dahlonega, Georgia and a Friendship Gathering at Venture Out in Panama City Beach, Florida to be announced at a later datedue to the COVID situation.
In lieu of flowers, the Family asks that you donate to Second Chance of Northwest Florida, Inc. that
serves the needs of adults living with Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI) in the name of Justin David Mullis.
